CCA invites ACT Trainers

Greeting ACT members!
The California Court Association (CCA) would like to invite an ACT trainer to provide training on two classes:
(1) Introduction/Overview of Family Law (3 hours)
(2) Introduction/Overview of Domestic Violence (3 hours).
The first training is scheduled for October 21, 2017 in Anderson, California and the second class will be in 2018, in southern California, location to be determined. Both the travel expenses and compensation will be offered to the trainer.
Please contact me if you already have both classes developed and would like to be considered as the trainer for both classes.
Thank you!

(REQUEST) “Will the same Judge that ruled on TBD hear the Trial De Novo?”

QUESTION: I need information on how other courts currently process their Trial de Novo hearings. “Will the same Judge that ruled on TBD hear the Trial De Novo?” What is your court’s current practice and what does your court base your procedure on?
