SECTION 1:

Provide leadership and mentoring in the field of training and development in order to assist courts which are creating or expanding their training programs.

SECTION 2:

Promote and provide a means for the dissemination and exchange of knowledge and skill, and encourage the value of training and development to California Courts.

SECTION 3:

Encourage the participation and affiliation of individuals or groups concerned with specialized areas of activity of interests within the field of court training and activities.
