QUESTION:  How do other counties handle Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) processes? For example, what is your procedure when the Indian Tribe wants to be involved with non-juvenile/family law adoptions and/or if the case gets transferred to the tribes jurisdiction? Any help would be appreciated!

(REQUEST) Family Law: “Custody” bonds procedure

Calling all the Super Collaborators~

4947812_orig

QUESTION:    Does your county have any written procedures on “Custody” bonds and how they are processed?   Orange County had a Family Law case that the Judge had ordered a bond to make sure that the parenting time for the non-custodial parent was enforced.  It was the first time this was ordered and we are in need to research if any county might know a procedure on it.    Any information would be great.
