Riverside County trainer is offering a great opportunity for you! Are you preparing for a Traffic Court related courses? Want to learn from other trainers?
This class will focus on the various types of hearings that occur in traffic proceedings from arraignment through sentencing, to include: arraignment, bail hearing, court trial, trial by declaration, and dismissals pursuant to PC 41500. Participants will practice note taking, minute order entry, and processing orders after hearing.
Topics will include: Flow of traffic proceedings, Adjudication process, Fines and fees, Traffic school, Community service, Start Smart program, Child restraint classes
