Training Opportunity!

Training Objectives:

  • Overview of Prison Abstracts
  • What information/processes does the CDCR need from court clerks and why does the CDCR require it
  • Common issues & problems that court clerks receive from CDCR

Learning Opportunity – Tribal Justice System

The UC Davis School of Law is hosting a learning opportunity on Tribal Justice system.  The Tribal Courts have extended this opportunity to all of ACT members.  This will be a great opportunity to learn about the background information on Tribal Courts, how they were developed, and how they try to keep uniformity within all the Tribal Courts as Tribal Nations have different “laws” and Tribal Ordinances.
